Your home’s roof protects everything that matters. We make sure it does!
Forest Roofs is family-owned, locally trusted, and personally accountable. Charles Whatley, our owner, inspects every single project we complete. No exceptions.
The right roof for your home
Every home is different, and so is every roof. Whether you need hail-resistant shingles, a tile roof that lasts a century, or a flat roof system for your garage extension, we install it with the same care we would use on our own house. Every option below includes our 5-year workmanship warranty and a final inspection by Charles.
Asphalt shingles
The most popular residential roofing choice in Colorado, and for good reason. Our asphalt shingles are Class 4 hail resistant, which means they stand up to the kind of storms that hit the Front Range every spring and summer.
You get a wide color palette to match your home, a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty, and our 5-year workmanship warranty on top. Multiple layers of supervision during the build, with a final inspection held to the highest standard.
Designer asphalt shingles
Want the look of wood shake or natural slate without the cost or maintenance? Designer shingles give you that depth and character using bilaminate materials that hold up far better than the real thing in Colorado weather.
Shake look-alike shingles add warmth and texture. Slate look-alike shingles deliver that classic, clean profile at a fraction of the cost of real slate. Same Class 4 hail resistance. Same warranties.
Stone coated steel
If you want a roof you can essentially forget about, stone coated steel is worth a look. Galvanized steel with a stone granule coating that replicates the appearance of slate, cedar, or shake.
It handles fire, wind, hail, rust, and storm leaks. Low maintenance, long lifespan, and energy efficient. This is the pick for homeowners who want durability above all else.
Tile roofing
Tile outlasts just about every other roofing material. Clay tile can last 100 years or more with minimal maintenance. If clay is outside your budget, concrete tile gives you a similar look and longevity at a more accessible price point.
Both options perform well in Colorado sun and handle freeze-thaw cycles better than many homeowners expect.
Residential flat roofs
Flat roof sections are more common than people think. Garages, porches, extensions, and modern flat-roof homes all need a system that handles water drainage and temperature swings.
We install EPDM and TPO full replacements including insulation systems, plus modified bitumen roofing. Each option carries our standard 5-year workmanship warranty.

The Forest Roofs Difference
What makes working with us different
Owner on Every Job
Charles Whatley personally inspects every roof project Forest Roofs completes. Not a random site supervisor. Not a checklist on a clipboard. The owner of the company, on your roof, making sure the work meets his standard.
No Deposit Required
We don’t ask for money up front. Work starts, you see the quality, and then you pay. That applies to insurance jobs and out-of-pocket projects alike.
Your property, respected
Our crews leave your yard cleaner than they found it. We roll magnets for loose nails, remove every scrap of debris, and treat your property the way we treat our own. It shows up in our reviews over and over.
Here is what happens on build day
No surprises. No chaos. Just a clean, organized process from the moment our crew pulls up to the moment we drive away.

Arrival
Our project manager and crew arrive early to walk the property and plan a safe, efficient installation strategy before a single shingle comes off.

Tear off
Your current roof is removed completely. We handle all waste disposal so you never touch a thing.

Inspection
With the old roof off, we inspect the decking for rot, damage, and code compliance. If something needs fixing, we catch it here.

Installation
Decking gets covered in synthetic felt, drip edge goes in, then your new shingles and components are applied.

Clean up
All materials and debris removed. Your yard gets rolled with a magnet for stray nails. The foreman and project manager do a final walkthrough before we call it done.
Dealing with storm damage?
We handle insurance claims every day.
If your roof was hit by hail or wind, the claims process can feel overwhelming. We walk you through every step, meet with your adjuster on-site, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks. Your out-of-pocket cost should just be your deductible.
