Off-Site Preparations
Before touching a single shingle, we thoroughly review your work order in our extensive on-site preparations. The Quality Control Specialist or Project Manager will be in constant contact to confirm that all of your roofing needs are met. We also ensure the installation crew is informed of the scope of work and any unique specifications for your project.
All materials are obtained prior to deliver a quick and efficient construction. This meticulous preproduction process ensures that every detail is accounted for, setting the stage for a flawless installation.

On-Site Preparations
Upon arrival, we start with a comprehensive inspection of your property. The Quality Control Specialist investigates and documents every minute detail with photo evidence. We carefully archive the gutters, siding, windows, gardens, and driveway with the priority of causing no further damage.
As a family-owned and operated roofing company, we must instill the same values into your project. That’s why we cordially introduce you to your project manager, production crew, and other essential team members. At Forest Roofs, we pride ourselves on leaving your property in the same state after completing your project.

- Take pics of any previous damage on the property, such as cracks in the driveway and window screens
- Take pictures of the tear-off and supplement pictures, such as old metal, drip edge, pipe jack, step flashing, and gutters
- Ensure the crew understands labor orders to make sure they aren’t replacing gutters not in the project details
Installation and Repairs
Whether we are doing a full install or timely repair, our expert team of roofers arrives promptly at the designated time. A quick team meeting ensures that everyone is on the same page – a thorough inspection and review to ensure the quality of all aspects of the roof integrity. All worn shingles and nails are carefully disposed of during the demolition process. Forest Roofing always goes the extra mile; we comb over your property using a magnet to safeguard against stray nails.
The entire installation process is scheduled for a single day. Our skilled team progresses with installations and repairs with one main goal: always providing you with the highest quality. A quick assessment after completion confirms no damage to the property and premier handiwork on your project. After a walk-through of the property with the homeowner, we will determine that your project expectations are met.
