Quality roof installation, repair & replacement

Yes, I'm weary of having a cold knock for roofing. Decided to let Justin (from Forest Roofs) take a look and very glad I did. I eventually sat down to chat it up over a beverage (off the clock) because I was so pleased with his work/efforts. Reflects well on the company, and the reviews suggest Forest Roofing does consistently well. Start to finish was in contact with Justin and understood what was happening, what to expect, etc. He was extremely helpful with insurance, explained things on the paperwork that I didn't fully understand. To his word, everything was done on time, was charged as he said, occurred ABOVE expectations and was the easiest part of my roofing issues by far. Roofing shingle was upgraded without cost just as a nice bonus. I highly recommend Forest (and Justin) to all needing a roofing estimate and eventual new roof. Hope they don't change a thing. Even my insurance claim contact at the insurance company commented on 1) efficiency 2) ease to work with 3) costs were right on track with expectations for high quality as opposed to "many other companies". Wouldn't have though to ask my insurance for an opinion, but even they provided high compliments of Forest Roofing (and Justin)

If you find yourself in need of a new roof, it really helps if you can find someone who can help you navigate the process with insurance and making decisions that affect the value of your home. Forest Roofs has the most efficient roofing operation I have ever encountered. The project manager and his well-trained staff approached my roofing project with military-like precision. It was fascinating to watch them work. It took less than a day to complete everything. The owner, Charles Whatley, is also dedicated to providing exceptional customer service. When I had a a question about my new covered gutters several weeks after the roof installation, he was immediately responsive and addressed my concern right away. Charles gave me helpful ideas on how to extend the life of my roof. His suggestion about the specific type of shingles to use resulted in lower premiums with my insurance company. The project manager also found damages that the original insurance adjuster did not discover. Forest Roofs was able to get those additional repairs covered by my insurance company. I have used several different roofing companies in the past, I will only use Forest Roofs in the future. They are the best and the pricing was competitive.

I can't rave enough about Charles and his team at Forest Roofs. They went above and beyond to make sure that we were happy with our roof and gutters. I highly recommend them. Thank you for everything!

Charles and his team at Forest Roofs are wonderful. I had extensive roof damage from a hailstorm and Charles made the whole process stress free. I have never dealt with an insurance claim before and Charles helped me navigate the process and explained everything that was happening along the way. He was always available to answer any questions I had. I felt like he genuinely cared for me and my house and wanted to do the best job possible. And he did!
